2025 Philly Opening Night/Weekend Pass
Tickets $35/person
Opening Night/Weekend Passes are limited to the first 500 people registered.
To be admitted on Friday, November 7, 2025, you must purchase an Opening Night/Weekend Pass for $35.
Opening Night hours are Friday, 6pm-9pm & Saturday 9am - 10am.
Weekend Passes include Friday hors d'oeuvres & cash bar, three day admission, early shopping Friday 6pm to 9pm and Saturday morning 9am to 10am.
YES! You may purchase from dealers during Opening Night!
When you purchase your pass, simply tell us your name (and your friends' names) and we will have your name badge waiting for you at our registration area.
Cancellations after October 15th are not refundable.

$12 Adults per day
$8 Children under 10 years old per day
Lunch will be available for purchase Saturday $20/person/day.

Want to learn something new? Learn from the best in the industry! Our fabulous instructors will explain the steps in completing projects from start to finish.
When signing up for a workshop, be sure to include your email so our instructors can contact you in advance.
If you cancel your workshop prior to October 15th 2025, you’ll receive a refund less a $35 processing fee.
Thereafter you’ll receive a workshop kit from your instructor.
If your workshop has no kit you’ll receive a refund less a $35 processing fee.

Thursday NAME Night
NAME invites you to join other miniaturists for their annual NAME gathering from 7:30 – 9:30 Thursday evening November 6, 2025. Goodies, roundtables, demonstrations and lots of fun for all Philadelphia Miniaturia attendees!
You do not need to be a NAME member to attend and it’s all free!
